I was happily married when moved to a new country. Holding a vacuum with no friends I met a high school batch mate. We both instantly fell for each other. And there I was cheating my husband.

A year later, another friend with his wife joined our group of family friends. My bf started giving all attention to her n she seemed to enjoy it. My bf virtually stopped calling me saying he is too busy with work.Not being a stick on type of person, my gut feeling told me all he was doing with that woman and me and I could catch his lies but nothing to prove it. One day I told him that coz I feel am not needed as a friend let's be back to strangers. He Stopped me. We had not had sex till then but that day he wanted to. Luckily I declined. When I questioned him about this friends wife, he told me they r just acquaintance nothing more. But last weekend I got to know that my bf has actually been visiting this couple every now and then. Here I had a proof of his lies. He was busy enough to not talk to me but free enough to visit her. Oh btw my bf is married too.

To avoid any confrontation, I just texted him that I am done with his lies and broke off all d contacts. I am happy about getting rid of a fake person but regret that I should have actually confronted and given him a piece of his mind.

But now all I know is that I miss having a friend in my life.
