My girlfriend cheated on me

After 10 years together with my girlfriend she cheat on me with a volunteer according to her but I think he's a client. She said thst is only a month and she didn't sleep with him but the email that I read said I can wait to kiss you everywhere and I can wait for you to do your think with your hands that drive me crazy . So she's lying about it and the first thing she said went I caught her was why are you looking to my stuffs. The bottom line is I still love her want to be with her but she move on . But she's tell me that she's not in love with him. But she staying 2to3 night every week with him so I think that she's lying or a whore .
