Claudia Pina is just two matches away from claiming her first Pichichi trophy in Liga F Moeve. While this would be her debut as the league’s top scorer, it’s not her first such honor—she was already the Champions League’s leading marksman last season.
For the third consecutive year, a Barcelona player is set to win the award, though the goal tally remains far from the all-time single-season record. Pina has netted 20 goals so far, four more than last season’s top scorer Ewa Pajor, who sits at 16. With the Polish striker struggling to close the gap, the title seems likely to stay in Catalonia. Interestingly—and somewhat concerning—the podium’s third spot belongs to Edna Imade with 11 goals, despite the fact that she hasn’t played in Liga F Moeve since January after moving to Bayern Munich.
Within the top five, three players wear the Barcelona crest: Pina, Pajor, and Kika, who has 10 goals—the same tally as Real Madrid midfielder Caroline Weir. Half of the league’s top 10 scorers are Barcelona players, and from the sixth position onward, no player has reached double digits.
The long-standing record set by Jenni Hermoso in the 2016–17 season, when she scored 35 goals with Barcelona, remains untouchable this year. Hermoso has claimed five of the last ten Pichichi awards. Still, Pina has a chance to avoid the worst scoring mark in a decade: she could equal the 20 goals that Geyse (scoring for Madrid CFF) and Osholala managed four seasons ago.

This will mark the eighth time in the last 11 seasons that the Pichichi goes to a Barcelona player. Only Alba Redondo and Charlyn Corral (both from Levante), as well as Jenni Hermoso during her spell with Atlético, have broken the Blaugrana’s hold on the award.
Pina’s consistency and clinical finishing have been key for Barcelona this campaign, and with two games left, she can still cement her name in the league’s history books, even if the final tally won’t reach past heights.
